12 Jordan Street Studios & Co Working Spaces

I used and currently still do work in 12 Jordan Street. Rent per sq ft is competitive compared to down town but the presence and amenities are worth it. Interacting with other liked minded companies (read: innovative and bold) in these offices can also lead to valuable connections.

We are currently based here and I can't recommend it highly enough. Perfect spaces for small businesses, situated right in the heart of Liverpool's creative and digital hub in the Baltic. High speed internet, great facilities, a meeting room which is 24/7 access, secure and a lovely cafe on the ground floor. We also have great neighbours!

Having been here for around 4 months now, I can't speak highly enough of the offices. The co-working space has been perfect for me, stepping up from working at home - it has a great group of people and the facilities are excellent. Also, the diversity of businesses, (and therefore people!) in the building make it a pleasant place to work that is also good for business.

Excellent office, clean, modern and all the facilities you could ask for including its own coffee shop!

I've been here for a year and a half now and always had a great experience. Fantastic landlord for a refreshing change who will always go above and beyond your requests for help when needed.
