I’ve been working from Arena Offices, Threefield House for a while now, and it’s been a genuinely great experience. The basics are exactly what you want them to be; consistently clean, well maintained, reliable internet, and good air conditioning (which makes a big difference more often than you’d think). It’s just a really comfortable, easy place to work day to day. What really stands out though is the team. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the people working here. It creates a really positive atmosphere that you don’t always get in shared spaces. Parking is easy and stress-free, which is a huge plus, and the coffee is actually very good, not just “office coffee”, but properly enjoyable. I also really like the effort they put into building a sense of community. Whether it’s supporting charity events like Red Nose Day or doing small, thoughtful things like on Pancake Day, there’s always something going on that brings people together without it feeling forced. Overall, it strikes a great balance professional, well-run, but still personable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a flexible workspace.

Arena Offices has been absolutely fantastic. The space is modern, spotless and really well-managed. The team are always friendly, responsive and go out of their way to help with anything you need. It’s a great environment to work in – calm, professional and genuinely supportive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for flexible, high-quality office space.

It's been 2 years that we have establish our hot yoga studio in Arena Business Centre in Southampton and their support has been detrimental to the success of our business. We had only been running for a year in a lot smaller and simpler facilities, moving to Arena Southampton was the best decision that we could have made to scale up our business and grow exponentially. The facilities are exemplar of attention and care, top cleanliness at all times, reception service that makes us feel spoiled and above all a genuine care for us and for our business. The location and car park played a big role on moving to Arena but in the end we got a lot more than we expected, authentic and genuine relationship with everyone at Arena (even other businesses) that goes beyond superfluous and vague business relationships. Mary and Rhiannon have been tireless and without their help our business wouldn’t be as strong and thriving as it is, consequently we business owners wouldn’t be feeling so at ease and stress-free.
