BASE Bordon Innovation Centre

I partnered with David Payne at Base Bordon to host an event in its stunning meeting room. They also have fantatsic office space - available for half-day work or meetings, or longer term office space for a team of people. I already recommend it to any business owners I meet who are looking for offices. I know they are fully booked now, but as David reminds me, they are an incubator platform and so when companies become too big to use this space they move on. Give David a call if you are looking.

I’d highly recommend these networking events, especially for anyone who is new to networking. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, which makes it much less intimidating than more traditional events. There’s no pressure to deliver a one-minute pitch, which is a refreshing change. Instead, you’re given the opportunity to simply be yourself and, if you wish, ask the room for whatever support, connections, or opportunities you’re looking for. It’s a welcoming and supportive environment that really helps build confidence and genuine connections.

My first ever networking event as I move away from full time employed work to self employed freelancing. The group and team hosting and attending were incredibly welcoming and everyone easy to speak to. It changed all my preconceptions of networking events!

Professional and friendly venue that provides amazing office space and support whatever the size of your business. They are genuinely interested in helping you succeed. Plus, they also have nice coffee.

I had a great time at their networking event. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. The event was well organised with free refreshments. I would recommend attending if you can.
