I have stayed at this office for over a year, and leaving as I am moving out of the area. I have had an excellent experience in this space. I am in a shared office but have found it very comfortable to work here, and I enjoyed the atmosphere created by the team who run the building.

Good clean building with OK parking But very limited communication provided for contact with constituent offices/firms. There is no way of getting or sending messages about appointments, delays etc. This is a major drawback.

I attended an appointment at Basepoint and was greeted by the awful receptionist / centre manager who barked at me saying I couldn’t park at the centre itself. This man should not be client facing. He has zero customer service skills and represents Basepoint in a very bad way. Avoid if you can!

I have had nothing but issues with this company. I signed documents by mistake and did not have any intention of moving into the offices and asked to cancel. They said no to me and tried to hit me with a £24000 bill.I argued the toss for about 3 months and they have said to me that they would drop it down to £4400 and i HAVE TO PAY THAT. It is a joke the way this has been handled and i am fuming that they are saying bailiffs will be at my door and i will go to court. I have seriously been ill over this and to make things worse in the last 2 weeks i have had another letter from the local council saying that i have to pay £3700 a year in business rates. I said i was never there and then they said to me i need a letter from basepoint/Regus etc. I then called them at Basepoint and they said to me they wont write a letter for me there because they are busy but i need to write to the area manager which i have. Four times i have sent e mails with no response what so ever its joke

I booked a day office for me and my dad as a meeting point between London and Brighton and it was lovely. The room was set up wonderfully for us all ready with instructions when we got there. James was fab , he knew who we were and our booking details when we came in and was super on it. He was really lovely and clearly the heart and soul of the space, looking after all the members wonderfully ! We’ll be back
