Too many rats garbage system is a mess and theres an old man called butt that allegedly lives of out of date sandwiches and is causing havoc throwing food behind bin bushes and skips, inviting rodents. The business park is doing nothing about it they have no security and let a man who has no business in this premises roam there freely.

The team at Basepoint High Wycombe is outstanding! They are always friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to provide excellent support. Their helpful approach makes a real difference for businesses based here. Highly recommend for the great service!

I have been a licensee here for many years. Over this time I have witnessed many changes to both the working areas and the company business model. The center staff are always superb and do everything they can to help you and make you feel welcome. The facilities in general are good, though certain areas (especially the toilets) are quite dirty and look unmaintained. Car parking is better nowadays and, long term, not as expensive as you'd think. Currently not a place I'd advise for short term or start up businesses due to the unavoidable and high 'put back fees'. I would have given 5 stars overall but, to be blunt, there needs to be an overhaul of the site and the overall business model to tick the final box.

We’ve rented at two Basepoint centres and this has easily been the best experience. Kai and Lauryn have been instrumental in creating a friendly, community-centred atmosphere that makes working here a real pleasure. Any issues have been resolved swiftly and our initial requirements were fully met, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Renting a room here to carry out my tattooing business was not only a struggle as they do little to no help with advertising. Yet allow other companies to sign post and leave sandwich boards outside (which I couldn't do as council wouldn't permit it). Staff there can do all they can, granted. But whoever is running the show is making a fortune. Not only are their rates high already, they wanted to increase them again! I was there for a year and the neighbouring rooms were empty all year round! Now I know why. I am still in the process of trying to retrieve my deposit from them. I simply cannot do anything more than leave it to a legal team who will act on my behalf. It's atrocious how as tenants they demand all this money yet do not reward you or make you feel part of a bigger collective of small business'. I was on my own and survived a year, good luck to anyone who wants to move here! It's not easy getting your deposit back at all.
