Basepoint - Romsey, Abbey Park

As a new tenant to Basepoint I have been throughly impressed. Not only are the management team amazing and happy to help with anything but there is a lovely community vibe throughout. Everyone is so friendly, the whole estate is kept clean and tidy and there is always lots of parking spaces. It’s been perfect for the start up of my new business!

There is a new cafe/ diner caled GG just opened in September, they are in unit 49. We stopped for breakfast, good service, good breakfast and a lovely cup of strong tea. Will definitely call in again

Very welcoming and helpful staff, who made moving to the site hassle free. Good car parking facilities, clean and tidy common space with well appointed pay-as-you-use meeting rooms. Plenty of networking/social opportunities. Recommended for micro and small enterprise looking for flexible space or SME’s looking for easy-in, easy-out accommodation.

Great place for start up business or business where flexible premises size is an advantage. The easy in and out terms (month by month) mean you can take on a business space without having to commit to a 3-5 year term. The office and maintenance team at Romsey are excellent. Friendly to deal with and they go out of their way to build a community feel for the business centre. There is a wide range of office spaces as well as light industrial units with roller / double loading Bay doors. The shared facilities on site are well maintained and the overall look and feel of the site is great.

I really enjoy running my photographic studio from Basepoint Romsey. Not only is the space ideal for my needs (I was able to decorate my unit to create a perfect studio setting), there's also plenty of parking and easy access for my customers. The security arrangements are very reassuring too. The atmosphere on the site is relaxed and friendly, and the folk in the office are always very cheerful and helpful. They put on lots of events and coffee mornings for us, as well as holding networking events and putting us business owners in touch with various training resources. I started my business here in January 2006 - I was attracted to the flexible terms and the fact I would be able to move to a larger unit on the site as my business grew - a real plus! I'm now approaching my ten year anniversary at Basepoint and can't imagine being anywhere else. Can highly recommend it, it's a fantastic place to work!
