Basepoint - Winchester, Winnal Valley Road

4.5 stars if I could, 5⭐️ if there was air con 🥵. Great location, very friendly, accommodating and helpful building manager (Ross). Haven't yet utilised the larger meeting rooms, but suitable communal areas for quick face to face meetings

Unfortunately Basepoint not a suitable place for a meeting of any sort. All Parking spots marked as reserved, no obvious allocated visitor parking, a grumpy receptionist who's seldom in reception and ignored visitors, insufficient information notices.Unfortunately NHS still sets up appointments here. Edit: I'm a visitor to one of the offices, your ticketing system isn't relevant to me, I speak for the visitors. Please incorporate empathetic policies for better visitor experience. Thanks 🙏

Basepoint is a great option for an office space. All of the team are really friendly, helpful and accomodating. Amy is a stand out employee who is always efficient and brings a community feel to the place and Reg is on hand to help with any maintenance jobs at the drop of a hat. I enjoy working here and apart from having to pay for parking now, my team are generally happy too!

We rent 4 office spaces at Basepoint (Winchester) and have been here for almost 4 years. I have always received an excellent service from all the staff who work here and nothing is too much trouble for them. The facilities are excellent and well maintained at all times. As already mentioned in a previous post, parking can sometimes be a bit tight, but to be fair, steps have been taken to alleviate this and, in my experience, it is normally only non permit holders ( visitors) who have issues parking and I have always managed to get a space! Overall a great location to work from; very close to the M3 and Winchester City Centre . I would recommend it to anyone considering managed business premises. P.S. Great sweets on the reception that Amy always gives me :)

Amazing customer service, nothing is too much trouble. Parking has improved a lot and you can always get a space within 100 meters of the venue. Excellent facility's for meetings. Grounds are very very well kept. Close to the M3 motorway. If your looking for office space I would highly recommend Basepoint Winchester. No faults found so far. And everybody is so friendly.
