Great serviced offices, not flexible though around things like temporary working spaces (if you have a surge of staff wanting to use your office)
I rented a 4-person office in 2021-22. Although it started with challenges and disappointment, things quickly improved after a few months with new management. We always felt valued by the One Avenue team; the care of its customers and the cleanliness is a priority. You can decide on paint and wallpaper so it doesn't have to be 4 boring white walls with grey carpet. The only negative is we now expect the same standards anywhere we go. All the best, Adam
