Avoid this place! Rent was raised drastically, amenities were cut, wifi issues were constant and 4+ months after moving out, we still haven't received our full deposit back. They withheld money using arbitrary fees and still trying to get a response.
Not a prime location, and ridiculously pricy. Most services needed are provided , easy access to any office needs just prices are not reasonable. I still wonder why they prefer to keep a building nearly empty rather than lower prices.
Arrived to my appointment and was trying to put my car registration on the tablet but the tablet didn’t work. Security guard was trying to re-set it but couldn’t. I was told by the manager I could just attend my appointment and I wouldn’t get a ticket. Received a ticket a couple of weeks later for £60. Still trying to get someone to respond to my complaint but no one has been in touch. Avoid the car park. It’s a scam.
Freindly staff and receptionist! Not too busy place! Liked it! You should not be charged for the parking if you RECORD your car registeration number at the RECEPTION! I was really worried to find a parking space as I had to drive over an hour from another city. In addition, I saw someone's comment upset about receiving a parking ticket. I arrived at the BizSpace building half an hour before my appointment, and asked people in the parking lots, right in front of BizSpace building. One of them kindly told me what to do, as he just finished the appointment with the visa centre! :)
The team at Bizspace Maidstone have made my experience moving into my first office really enjoyable - Edward, the Centre Manager is extremely kind & made my time at Bizspace one to remember. The office spaces are very affordable for small-med sized businesses & I was surprised at how much effort they put into the interior design/customer experience. It's pleasant to work here because it's such a vibrant environment. Each time a client visits they mention how professional & sleek the building is (which looks great on my brand). The meeting rooms are always spotless with fresh beverages & snacks to indulge in during meetings/workshops. I couldn't recommend Bizspace enough to business owners who are looking to expand their vision & surround themselves with ambitious, likeminded individuals.
