Amazing restoration on a special bit of history. The surrounding buildings to the clock tower have all been revamped to house multiple different business' while the clock tower stands tall and proud in the middle. Plenty of parking in surrounding area and always clean.
Liverpool Clock Tower Park is a lovely open space with impressive historic clock towers that give the area a unique character. The park is generally peaceful, well kept, and great for a relaxed walk or a bit of fresh air. It’s a pleasant spot for families and locals, though a little more seating or facilities would make visits even better. Overall, a charming place to spend some quiet time outdoors.
The office space we toured presented challenges due to its age, suboptimal temperature control, and insufficient parking, which would likely impede daily operations.
I am now leasing my second office at Clock Tower Park. The buildings have been renovated to a high standard with quality office furniture. Kim, who manages the site is so helpful, anything you need is not a problem, the team are very friendly and responsive. The communal areas are well stocked and I was particularly impressed with how well COVID-19 safety measured where implemented. Would highly recommend.
Just finished my first office lease here at Clock Tower Park. Superb working space and well worth the (relatively small) amount it costs (compared to other commercial properties). The facilities are all spot on, the offices are modern, and the other tenants make the environment really nice. Sad to leave this place. Special thanks to Kim who makes sure everything runs smoothly and the work environment a positive place to be!
