This coworking spot was fantastic. I felt right at home from day one and was incredibly productive there. Duncan created an amazing shared space, and I met lots of remote workers. The huge, comfortable kitchen was perfect for gatherings, we had great conversations there. There were also group activities like walks that made my stay even more enjoyable. I improved my English thanks to meeting many native speakers. I’m very grateful for the opportunity, thank you so much! 😊 Overall, it’s a comfortable, welcoming place that I highly recommend. See you next time!

I was there for about three months, mainly because I had doctor's appointments in Manchester, but I work in online sales, and that's my day job. I think the host of this co-living space can't handle criticism, and he shouldn't be running such a place in terms of interpersonal relationships, because he's simply someone who has mental health issues himself. That's my opinion. For example, it was enough that I pointed out several times how dangerous it is when someone leaves the oven on overnight and you come into the kitchen in the morning to find it full of gas. This happened three times, He sees it as criticism if you tell him to change this and behaves like a spoiled child and will ask you to leave than...... He's unable to accept other opinions and feels directly attacked, which manifests itself as Kayla describes below. This makes the atmosphere unpleasant because not everyone wants to be a sheep in the flock and behave like that. The rooms are small but cheap, and there are many other good accommodation options in Blackpool if you check the relevant websites. The kitchen is large and spacious, as is the co-living room. During my stay, many guests weren't from the online work sector, retirees between 60 and 70 years old, or simply Airbnb guests.

Very good place to stay for short or long term! Everything is very well structured and organized: a fully furnished kitchen, a large working room with monitors, cleaning always maintained, washing and drying machines, rooms with their own sink, and a stable and fast internet connection. The price is very attractive, and there is a great supermarket nearby. The beach is close, and Blackpool is logistically well located for reaching Liverpool and Manchester.

The accommodation is exactly as described on the website—simple, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Duncan was very responsive to questions and take proactive steps to ensure the safety of everyone entering the house, including a pre-vetting process and requiring passport verification as part of the security check. Activities are regularly and mostly supported by Alex, who also greets guests in person and clearly explains the house rules upon check-in. Alex ensures the rules are informative and consistently upheld, helping to keep the space running smoothly.

Coliving spaces are the coolest - I loved getting to make new friends, met some truly awesome folk, and it was lovely to have 'family dinners' and card game nights regularly. Alex is a great manager, cleaner, and organiser. She lives in the house with everyone and is always 'on call' - she manages the social calendar, she attends everything, she manages noise concerns at all hours, she does a weekly big clean, she cleans in between, she monitors all spaces and managed any guest issues directly. Total star. I never met the owner during my stay. I did have a problem with a leak in my room - he invited me to leave with a refund, and then he moved me to another room (big recommendation for Room 2).
