From first enquiry & site-visit, until follow-up after the event, Alicia has been a delight to work with. Great communication & quick responses to any questions, she looked after our guests well and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. The Lounge room was perfect for our event - beautiful décor and a comfortable layout for an informal discussion group. There was no issue when our plans changed and we asked if we could order in food (rather than going out for dinner afterwards), and Alicia was on hand to welcome our guests and ensure they had complimentary drinks and everything they needed. A great venue that I'm sure we will use again.
