I have been based here for 14 years, the facilities have always been good, however things improved massively after Flexico took over the running of the building. In particular, the friendly service delivered by Tina and Olivia is fantastic - I can't speak highly enough of them and their helpful approach!

It's always a pleasure to arrange meetings here, they provide a great customer service, extremely flexible when arranging a booking and the meeting rooms are very comfortable and the lunches, tea/coffee that's provided always helps the meetings go down well. The offices are only 10 minutes off the M32 and parking is outside the building, so have no problems in recommending Citibase as a good location to have meetings.
