I am very happy with Flexico’s team. They are friendly, flexible, and provide excellent value for money when it comes to the rent. I would recommend this company ❤️

A Special Thank You to Jade We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation to Jade for the outstanding support, dedication, and professionalism she has shown over the past few months. During a particularly challenging period, with no receptionist in place within the Flexico Building, Jade stepped up without hesitation. Not only has she continued in her own role, but she has also willingly taken on the additional responsibilities of the reception desk, ensuring that visitors, tenants, and staff have continued to receive the highest level of service. Jade has consistently gone above and beyond what could reasonably be expected of her. Her positive attitude, willingness to help, and commitment to keeping things running smoothly have not gone unnoticed. She has been an invaluable asset during this time and has helped maintain the welcoming and professional environment that Flexico prides itself on. On behalf of everyone who has benefited from her hard work and support, we would like to say a huge thank you. Your efforts are genuinely appreciated Jade, and we are grateful for everything you have done. Thank you for going the extra mile. Chris and Lindsay Cafe on the tyne

Noel and Louise at reception are helpful and approachable. Facilities are clean, spacious, and secure. The staff have created a lovely sense of community by hosting optional seasonal activities (e.g. a games afternoon with competitions and prizes for Halloween). We have a basic but adequate gym, a cafe, and several seating areas to take time out of our assigned offices, as well as a large carpark and plenty of nice, clean bathrooms. There are also a handful of kitchens with microwaves, fridges, kettles etc. My only criticisms is that I would like hedges to be smaller near the side entrance, as it poses a potential risk if I am working late on my own. Other than that, the greenery is well-kept and healthy. I have never tried to book a temporary room/space.

We've been based in this serviced office building for about a year and recently moved into a larger space. Throughout this time, we've received outstanding support, especially from Louise. She has gone above and beyond to make the transition smooth and hassle-free. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and friendly approach have made a real difference to our experience. A huge thank you to Louise for all her help — it's been greatly appreciated!

I’ve been renting an office at the Flexico Building for my small business, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The space is nice, clean, and extremely affordable — perfect for a growing company like mine. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall environment is professional yet welcoming. A special mention goes to Louise, who has been absolutely fantastic from the very beginning. She is incredibly lovely, approachable, and always ready to assist with anything we need, especially during the office setup process. Her support has made the transition smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Flexico to any small business looking for a quality, budget-friendly office space with excellent service.
