Fraser House Hub

Rebecca and Kay were very accommodating and flexible when I had a last minute request to use the workspace. The space was great, with plenty of seating and breakout options, centrally located, free parking and hot drinks provided.

Great venue and a really nice atmosphere for networking and community events. I recently attended the Search Lancaster event here and had a great experience connecting with marketers, founders, and creative professionals. Looking forward to attending more events at Fraser House Hub in the future.

I was a tenant at the fabulous Fraser House, Lancaster for a few years, in 2 phases. The location is perfect, with secure parking, and the facilities are as good as any I have seen in the UK or further afield. A wonderful, creative space with options to work in isolation or in a buzzing hub. I have no hesitation recommending this to anyone looking for a centrally located, world-class facility - and the coffee isn't too bad either!

A fantastic co-working space — modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed with a great mix of work areas. The staff are genuinely very welcoming while remaining professional, which creates a lovely atmosphere. There’s a real sense of community without it ever feeling distracting, and the central location is ideal. Highly recommended.
