Gresham Works is a fantastic place to call your second home. After coming back to my hometown of Leicester after living in London I was looking for a place that gave me the same feeling of the nice offices I used to work from. Not only does Gresham Works have a modern, clean atmosphere with a local touch. It also has wonderful staff ensuring your well looked after and a fantastic community of other businesses and coworkers which is fantastic for networking, collaborations and also social events. There's nothing like it in Leicester, so id highly recommend coming in for a tour and trying it out.

I needed to rent a desk for 1 day in Leicester and found Gresham Works online. Gresham is located in the centre of town, easily walkable from the train station and good for local restaurants/shops. It is a great place to work; spacious, bright open-plan office, which also has some quiet corners if you require some privacy. There are friendly and helpful staff on-hand, good kitchen facilities including a coffee machine which is free to use. 5 Stars: Great experience overall; I will certainly use Gresham Works again next time I am in town.

Great place for meetings and hot desking in the centre of Leicester. Lots of space in the hot desk areas. Cool furniture - see the golden sofa pic. Staff very friendly and helpful. I booked a private room for zoom meetings.

I booked a meeting space at Gresham Works for a business event I was hosting, the space was really modern, spacious, with air con and catered to everything we needed. It had a lovely kitchen area for us to get our own drinks throughout the day and was great that we could pop out for lunch at Black Iron Social throughout the day. I would highly recommend.

The facilities and staff at Gresham Works are amazing. We moved in last month and the staff have been so helpful. Andrea, Crystal, Melissa and the rest of the team are so welcoming. They have really made us feel like part of the team. We are really happy with the office space we have rented. The hot desking and meeting room space is also first class. Lots of different areas for meetings and a beautiful kitchen which you can use for ad hoc meetings, catching up on the news or sitting down to have a break from your pc. After two years working from home I now look forward to going into the office. I m so glad World Habitat decided to have its office base at Gresham.
