The team at Middleton Lodge are absolutely fantastic and second to none. They’re an example of what excellent customer service is. Special shout out to Emily who treated me with so much kindness, compassion and care. I was thoroughly impressed and appreciative of how they handled my particular situation with no judgement and efficiency and I I will be forever grateful to them. I’m hoping to visit when I’m well enough. Thank you so much again — your team are phenomenal.

We had a fantastic lunch at Middleton lodge a few weeks ago. We've been coming here for a few years now, but it really feels like over the last two years, they are taking their standards to a whole new level. It's not the cheapest place about, but value for money is still really good. There was lots to choose from on the lunch menu and I can highly recommend the burger, it was top notch. We're already booked to come back before the end of the year as part of our pre-christmas treat.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Middleton Lodge Spa from start to finish. A special mention to Amy, who really made the whole day exceptional. From the warm welcome and organisation of the day to making sure everything ran smoothly, she was attentive, professional and genuinely made us feel looked after throughout. The massage was excellent, the spa itself was beautiful and relaxing, and the food was another highlight. We also really appreciated how carefully the team took our allergies into account, which made the experience feel even more considered and stress-free. Everything felt well organised without ever feeling rushed, and the level of service made the whole day feel very special. Huge thank you to Amy and the rest of the team at Middleton Lodge — we’ll definitely be returning.

Booked a night away at Middleton Lodge with Dining at Forge Michelin Starred Restaurant. We stayed in the main house with a lovely room with beautifully styled with high traditional ceilings and stunning bathroom. The bed was comfy and it was very quiet for a great sleep. Breakfast was included at the coach house which was a lovely continental breakfast but including some hot options. We had poached eggs on toast which was delicious. I loved the home made granola as well. Forge restaurant was fantastic where we selected the 10 course tasting menu. The whole meal, atmosphere and service was fantastic. I also really enjoyed being able to visit the kitchen and meet the head chef to see how it worked behind the scenes. I would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.

My wife and I had two nights stay in July. We chose this hotel for the Spa experience and was not disappointed. The spa day experience was wonderful. The treatments were excellent and the food at lunch was delicious. All the staff were very professional and friendly. We ate in the Court House for breakfast and evening meal both days and again the service and food was exceptional. Would highly recommend a stay here.
