We held two events as a business at Monocle and the hospitality and support was brilliant. They have a great space and very friendly members of staff. Beth and Georgia were great at making sure everything was perfect!
This is a great contemporary space in a prominent location on Ferensway. I’ve been meaning to visit but yesterday was my first opportunity. It is possible to sit outside (weather permitting) but I prefer the inside space. The cafe area is immediately inside with a great range of drinks and food available; cakes looked delicious and I noticed some prepackaged gluten free sweet treats too. Drinks etc are ordered at the counter then brought out to you. This is really a chilled cafe experience rather than a quick coffee-sit back and indulge in some people watching. There is also a beautiful gallery space featuring high quality work from local artists; some available for purchase. Well worth a visit!
First visit for quick coffee and croissants. Slick service, professional, contemporary decor and brilliant @blendingroom coffee. For once a coffee outlet that has just one size coffee (served in attractive bowl) will definitely return. Second visit Monday 11am 22nd December 25, all of above brilliant but unfortunately croissants not available. Pistachios Cookies good though. Stock Control !

Beautiful work space! Love being a Monocle Member, amazing amenities, gym and I love DAZE the coffee shop for my caffeine pick me ups too!
