A Fantastic Local Hub! Visited The Footcare Clinic and the Yummy Cornish Cafe at OURHQ and had a wonderful experience. The staff at both businesses were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. What a lovely, vibrant place to visit—highly recommended!
Lots of businesses here and a great cafe. Also holds other events such as fetes and craft fairs.
Went there twice to visit the Coffee Capsule company when they were after a staff member. Didn't even get any reply. Very poor in my opinion. Our HQ was ok. Not much parking available when visiting twice. Quite difficult to locate some companies on site. Especially Coffee Capsule Company but then I didn't get the job or even a reply. So no need to go back there ever again.
Great place ideal location definitely up and coming for small local businesses. One to keep an eye out for and if your looking to rent a space at an affordable price then this would be a good place to look at, it may well suit your needs.
