STAFF: The biggest asset to Park House is the staff - I have worked through many shared office spaces in my time and they've all felt much the same, but the staff at PH elevate it to a clear best in my experience. Ailsa and Charlotte make it a lot more engaging, and are relentless in bringing a social element that is missing from a lot of shared office spaces; their enthusiasm, attention and effort makes people feel like colleagues, even if we never cross in a business sense. The cleaning and maintenance staff also do an excellent job, nowhere in the building ever feels neglected, and though there are a few occasions where things might break down (as with anywhere), I never feel frustrated because of how quickly information is communicated and how efficiently issues are dealt with. The staff all clearly take pride in maintaining a pleasant, convenient & engaging environment. FACILITIES: The offices are pleasant and well equipped - the kitchens on each floor have everything you need on a day-to-day, the booths and meeting rooms are comfortable, easy to book out and well managed to maintain availability for everyone. Having La Bottega downstairs is great too and the Park House discount even makes it cheaper than even getting a naff coffee down the road. The recent facelift of the corridors and kitchens was a clear example of how these kinds of spaces should be run - futureproofing and preventative upgrades that keep the place feeling consistently fresh, rather than the standard I have experienced in the past which is more along the lines of "begrudgingly replacing something broken or tatty".

Excellent experience- and super helpful staff (thank you Aisla) right in the town centre with a lovely cafe attached and private booths for online meetings.

A beautiful co-working space with an amazing front desk team. It's a spacious yet stylish space with floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful coffee shop attached. I have been a member for 3 years and have loved every second. I could not recommend it enough!

Great office space. The facilities are well maintained, the design is nice, prices are fair. Very friendly vibes all around. Charlotte and Ailsa are a great team and always put on fun events, plus have been very helpful and patient with queries ranging from spare USB cables to local shop recommendations. Also, having La Bottega next door is a massive perk. Genuinely can't complain!

The rest of the serviced office sector could learn a thing or two from the Park House team as Ailsa and Charlotte make the experience of our guests and team the very best it can be. Just today a guest described the surroundings and experience as 'having a London vibe' and the welcome 'like a hotel'. They make coming to work a pleasant experience in one of Leeds' best areas.
