Etherstack moved into the Pure Offices about 5 months ago and so far it has been excellent. I can only say good things, the staff have been very helpful with every query we have had, which includes specialised internet access issues and handling of large deliveries. The offices and communal areas are very clean and well maintained. Also there is an active community within the building with events being advertised (social and work related) weekly.
We've had a fantastic experience since moving into Pure Offices. The move-in process was incredibly smooth, and the office itself was spotless and ready to go from day one. Naomi, the office manager, has been especially wonderful—welcoming, organized, and always ready to help. The facilities and shared areas are well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, with a couple of small and free meeting rooms that make day-to-day work more convenient. After only a couple of weeks here, we already feel as though we've been in this building for years. Pure Offices has truly created a comfortable and professional environment that feels like home. Highly recommended!
Couldn't be happier with our choice of Pure Offices in Reading. Great building and location, and excellent office management. Other things stand out too - such as opportunities to engage in local community support, the building's Net Zero commitment (100% renewable energy supports our own carbon footprint and targets) and events to connect Pure Offices business tenants. We moved into our office at The Blade in February 2024 and as our first experience of serviced offices this has been hugely positive. We have been really happy with the lovely bright offices and the excellent service that Naomi (office manager) and the team at Pure Offices provide. They are super helpful and make us feel part of a vibrant community. What else can I say? 5 out of 5, highly recommended!
I have rented a small office with Pure Offices in the Blade building for 18 months and it's been nothing but a positive experience. The help and support from Nicola and the rest of the Blade team (cleaners, security and maintenance etc) has been exceptional and always with a friendly smile and a chat (and sometimes some bonus sweet treats and other goodies). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
