I honestly don't have enough words to thank Gemma and the team for the incredible support they gave us during a very important and challenging week. We hired the office space for a week to host a critical inspection for our company, and from the moment I first viewed the office, Gemma was nothing but welcoming, accommodating, and supportive. She immediately put us at ease and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Throughout the week, Gemma, Nick, and Alex were always on hand whenever we needed anything. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whether it was arranging IT equipment, moving tables, helping with room setups, or even sourcing a camera for a laptop at short notice, every request was met with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help. The inspection carried a huge amount of pressure and importance for our business, but Gemma and the team took away so much of the stress and tension. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and unwavering support allowed us to focus on what mattered most. The level of customer service we received was exceptional. It felt as though they were fully invested in helping us succeed, and their support made a real difference to the outcome of our week. Thank you, Gemma, Nick, and Alex, for everything you did for us. Your kindness, dedication, and commitment did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful. Reading Business Centre is an excellent venue for events/trainings. It's location is convenient and is only 10 mins walk from the station. The place is well maintained with excellent staff. Gemma in particular is the sweetest and is absolutely lovely. She goes above and beyond accommodating us and assisting us with lunches. They have various rooms to hire. The breakout room is nice with the view overlooking Reading. I highly recommend this venue if your looking for a place for meetings and training events.

I had a great experience when I ran some training sessions at Reading Business Centre. The team are friendly and supportive offering a welcoming well equipped space. I look forward to working in the space again in future.

Reading Business Centre is an excellent place to work and host meetings. Great location in the centre of town, a short walk from the station and with fantastic views. The centre managers are professional, efficient and hugely accommodating. Spacious kitchens and breakout rooms with freely available refreshments. On top of that it is a friendly sociable place with a great mix of tenants and exceptional customer service.
