I would strongly warn anyone considering taking office space with Regus / IWG. When I joined, the sales rep reassured me that there were no hidden charges. Yet now, at the end of my agreement, I have been hit with a “Restoration/Exit Fee” that was never disclosed upfront. This so-called fee is buried in pages of small print and applied automatically, regardless of the condition of the office. My office has been kept in good order and requires no restoration, yet I have still been invoiced. To make matters worse, their own House Rules state the fee is £29 per square metre, but the manager quoted me £30 per square metre in writing — inconsistent, misleading, and frankly dishonest. When I asked for a breakdown of how they calculated the charge, I was given vague answers and generic “terms and conditions” responses instead of transparency. This practice feels like daylight robbery. It is an unethical, exploitative business model that relies on hidden terms rather than honest communication. I feel completely misled and disgusted by the lack of transparency. If you are thinking about using Regus, be very careful. Read every clause in their contracts (including obscure “House Rules”), because otherwise you may end up paying surprise fees you were never warned about. For a company that presents itself as professional, this behaviour is shocking. I will be escalating my complaint to the Competition and Markets Authority and Trading Standards for review of unfair contract terms and mis-selling. Customers deserve transparency, not hidden traps.

If it was possible to leave a zero star rating I would. The air conditioning has not been working since the beginning of the year. I am amazed that a company of this size does not have the ability to resolve building maintenance problems in a timely fashion. I have raised this issue several times and been give various excuses about waiting for engineers to visit, waiting for the quote, waiting for the quote to be approved and then scheduling the work. As of today there is still no update on when this will be fixed.

Air con is a serious issue. Not been working all year and heaters weren't working in the winter before. Office temperatures have been over 31° at times via a digital thermometer. Multiple complaints have been made, but get palmed off every time. One person says they're waiting for a part, other says something completely different. The staff are friendly enough, but not competent in communication. Also had a bug infestation on top floor, but staff did not seem bothered. With the amount Regus charge for these office spaces, we'd expect a better service.

I can assure you, if you’re looking at this review in preparation for potentially signing up for an office within this building, YOU WOULD BE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE. A colleague of mine who was epileptic had a fit due temperatures last summer that we informed the management team about weeks before the attack. I can provide names, dates, times an witnesses. Avoid this building at all costs.

The facilities are well maintained and clean. The receptionist was extremely helpful and there is ample on site parking. We regularly use the offices for our examinations and clients often comment positively on the surroundings
