Regus - Gibraltar WTC

My experience with Regus Gibraltar has been extremely poor and unnecessarily difficult from start to finish. Their payment systems appear unreliable, yet rather than resolving issues internally, the responsibility is pushed entirely onto the customer. You are expected to chase, re-submit information, and effectively manage their administrative failures yourself. Their customer service process is particularly unacceptable. Support tickets are automatically closed if you do not respond within 24 hours—regardless of whether the issue has been resolved. This forces you back through an unintuitive and inefficient website to reopen matters, creating a circular and time-wasting process where the customer is expected to remain constantly available to accommodate their shortcomings. The refund process has been worse still. I have been waiting over a month for a refund, during which time they have repeatedly “lost” the same account details and asked for them again. There appears to be no straightforward mechanism for refunding back to the original payment method, which is both surprising and concerning for a company of this size. Overall, the experience reflects poor systems, weak internal processes, and a lack of accountability. There are alternative serviced office providers within the same buildings in Gibraltar who offer a far more efficient and professional service. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend considering those options instead. It is oddly revealing that after every honest review of this business which is falling short of it's obligations, there is an outstanding review from somebody over it to push it down the line. Odd that, but I suppose that is just part of a job outline these days. Yet again - and I think this is the seventh time - I have received a file to fill out with my paying in details so that you may refund my monies. I swear, you could not make you people up, you are absolutely astonishing.

Have been collaborating with Jorge and the front desk at Regus this past year. Exceptional customer service and professionalism, always polite, helpful, and willing to assist. Jorge and the ladies on reception are incredibly helpful in any circumstances, there is no query they will not diligently answer, or problem to find a solution for. This team also try hard to make a pleasant atmosphere, decorating for events such as Christmas or more recently Valentine's day. They encourage companies working in their space to come together for a moment during these events. All in all I would recommend any company or individual requiring office space to consider the Regus team. They are so much more than providers of office room.

Great place for being productive. Top location in the most prestigious office building in Gibraltar. Easy access. The offices are perfectly designed. All of the team are welcoming and happy to help.
