Really lovely service at Sopers House in Cuffley. Charlotte in particular is always incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. She’s always happy to help and goes out of her way to make sure everything is sorted. I’ve always had a great experience at Sopers House and would definitely recommend them.

We went to Sophia’s House to watch the World Cup Final and had a really enjoyable evening. The surroundings were lovely, it was nice and quiet, and had a relaxed atmosphere with no rowdy crowds, which made it a great place to watch the match. The only slight disappointment was that food service finished around 8pm and the bar stopped serving beer at 10:30pm. We hadn’t expected that, especially on a World Cup Final night, but the staff didn’t seem too concerned. Overall though, it’s a pleasant venue with a calm atmosphere, and we’d definitely consider going back.

Visited for lunch today and was very disappointed. I had to send my dinner back, I had beef. It was very undercooked and more fat than meat. The cauliflower cheese was watery and Yorkshire puddings were cold. It takes a lot for me to complain about a meal, I usually eat what I can or leave it but today I felt I could not do that. When I sent it back it was changed immediately and the waitress asked if I wanted my beef well cooked. Service was great but we have been there a few times but I doubt we will return especially as we had to pay in full, with an added service charge. Some compensation should of been offered considering the amount of food left on all our plates. Sopers House, you need to do better!

Came here for dinner with friends. I ordered the steak, which was about the size of the palm of my hand and was served with only a small portion of chips. It looked more like a starter than a main course. The service was disappointing. The young male waiter seemed uninterested and lacked basic customer service skills. Drinks took an extremely long time to arrive, despite the restaurant not appearing particularly busy. Overall, it was not a positive experience. While the food itself was of an acceptable standard, the portions were far too small and the service left much to be desired.

Amazing food and a wonderful atmosphere at Sópers House. Their Sunday roast is absolute high-quality perfection and our server Jasper took brilliant care of us. We’ll definitely be back!
