Spaces Chalfont Park

I couldn’t in all honesty recommend Spaces Chalfont Park to any other business owner. The Centre team are well meaning but largely unsupported by Head Office when anything goes wrong. Heating and air conditioning systems regularly break, the grounds are unmaintained and embarrassingly overgrown, one of the lifts has been broken for months if not years and sockets in the co-working area remain unactivated after years of requests. The cleaning is superficial and unreliably performed. All in all, the customer experience is undervalued and on the slide.

A terrible company to deal with. They started my virtual office agreement with charging me for services I never used or agreed too. Then failed to send me a reminder for my upcoming virtual office agreement renewal. They sent the reminder 30 days after the renewal started so it was too late to terminate the contract which locked me in for a whole year. I’ve refused to paid and now have debt collectors wanting £2200. All for the use of a postcode. No one wants to help hence why this issue has gone so far! The worst business experience I’ve had!

Our company moved into Spaces - Chalfont in early April 2025. This was very much a temporary arrangement as we are predominately a homeworking business model. However, the service received from Sarah and Natasha on the reception desk has been outstanding and they make working here an absolute pleasure; so much so, that we have now committed to larger office space for a longer term contract. I work inside the Spaces building, and I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the amazing receptionist here — Sarah and Natasha .They are truly the best. Every single day, they greet everyone with a warm smile and such a welcoming attitude.Natasha is kind, supportive, and always so sweet 🥹 . Her cheerful nature really makes a difference in my day. Sarah is absolutely lovely – so beautiful, caring, and full of warmth😊. Both of them have such bright and welcoming smiles that it makes coming to work something I genuinely look forward to. Their friendly and cheerful greetings truly brighten my mornings and set the tone for a great day . I feel lucky to see them every day. Fairly new to Spaces but its been a great experience. From initial inquiry to moving in and ongoing daily interactions all has been positive. Staff are very accommodating and helpful and the flexibility of having confidential meeting rooms that I don't have to pay for all month is great
