I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff on Sunday afternoon. I was visiting a company inside the building for a scheduled appointment. When I arrived, I clearly explained the purpose of my visit, but the receptionist refused to let me enter without giving me a clear explanation. What made the situation even more confusing was that, shortly afterwards, two other groups arrived with the same purpose of visiting companies inside the building. After they explained why they were there, they were allowed to enter without any issues. If the building has a policy that no visitors are allowed in without prior authorisation, I would completely understand and respect that. However, it appeared that the rule was applied only to me, while others in the exact same situation were treated differently. I don’t know why I was singled out, but the inconsistency and the receptionist’s attitude left me feeling embarrassed and unfairly treated. I hope the management looks into this and ensures that all visitors are treated equally and professionally in the future

Surprised at some of the negative comments on here..?? I hired a 5 man meeting room and thought the place was great. Reception staff were helpful and attentive (even walked me to my meeting room). The decor is nice and modern, with lots of breakout space on the Ground floor. Meeting room was spacious and comfortable, WiFi was good, they had a TV with easy to use Software to allow you to present wirelessly from Laptops (no need to struggle with Dongles or HDMI cables 😉) Location is great, lots of Coffee bars and Sandwich shops nearby, and it's only a 5 min walk from Oxford Rd train station 👍
Don't waist time and money! Avoid!!!! The whole building is under refurbishment for the next 12 months or so ;) IWG/Regus/Spaces proved to be unreliable business partners. Local and area managers are changed frequently, and there is no chain of responsability to honor contract agreements. Every 5-6 months there is a new manager. Every new manager is nice only to new customers, but treat every existent client as an inconvenience. Speak to people who been with Regus for a year or more, do your own investigation, don't trust IWG/Regus/Spaces and thier sales managers ;) Read carefully their T&C from hell.
