I was missing the work/life balance of a physical office since my job went totally remote in 2021, and The Forge has filled that need beautifully, and become such an important part of my work life. It genuinely has all the best features of working in an office - Seeing familiar faces every day, tea breaks, fun little chats, a feeling of community with your co-workers - but it's also solitary and quiet when you need it to be, the internet is lightning fast, AND there's a fully-stocked snack cupboard! It's also situated in the Linslade Mews, a really cool community space that has dozens of great events throughout the year (And right by LB train station, which is a godsend for commuters like me) , so do yourself a favour and drop by - Veronique and Rachel will make you feel welcome from the moment you step in.

I've worked from a few coworking spaces around Leighton Buzzard, and The Forge is one I'd definitely recommend. It's calm, quiet and professional without feeling corporate. There's no background music, just a bright space with high ceilings that's really easy to focus in. The location is brilliant too. It's only a couple of minutes from Leighton Buzzard station, so on days I don't fancy commuting into London, it's a great alternative. It's also an easy walk from Linslade or into town. The Wi-Fi is fast, there's a meeting room, a lovely courtyard for a break, and it's part of a really nice community in Linslade Mews. I've met friends there for coworking, then headed into town for lunch or a walk along the canal afterwards. If you work from home and need a change of scenery, it's well worth a visit.

As a recent start up, The Forge has provided the perfect base. I have taken a dedicated desk for a couple of months now and come in most weekdays, the space providing a crucial working hours separation from home in a comfortable work environment, a short walk from all LB town centre facilities, and with friendly and welcoming co-users from a wide range of industries / sectors. Strong recommend to anyone local looking for somewhere to pop in for the odd day to hot desk, or for something a bit more regular.

A really beautiful setting, and fast communication. They got back to me the same day. Location is perfect for the train and a selection of nice cafes/restaurants very near by for lunch out. Would recommend.

This space is for anyone who wants somewhere to focus, be inspired, be comfortable, with a bit of community thrown in! It’s beautifully designed, comfortable, and spacious. Whether you want a permanent space or somewhere to drop in and hot desk. Such a friendly atmosphere with everything you need for a fab day of work, including a good cuppa!
