UBC Fleet

The offices and meeting rooms at UBC are modern, clean, and attractive. Also, Magda and Tilly who manage the spaces are absolutely fantastic. They're experienced, proactive, and really helpful. We held an event recently, which went really smoothly and that was down to the fantastic support that we had.

We found UBC Sentinel House on the internet when we were looking for a meeting room for the day in the Fleet area. The booking process online was very easy and straightforward. Upon arrival there was plenty of parking spaces and we were immediately greeted by reception/customer services who were very friendly and couldn’t have been more welcoming. They showed us to our meeting room, made sure we had everything we needed and even made us a coffee. The room was clean, air conditioned and had a white board and flip chart. Throughout the day they checked on us making sure we had enough drink and food. Customer service was fantastic and couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

We used this workspace for the first time for a whole day meeting. The team there were very nice and checked in fairly regularly to see if we needed anything, and were very friendly. Hot drinks and water provided and the lunch was nice. The facility had whiteboards, flip charts, internet and everything we needed for our meeting. Plenty of parking! This was the first time we had used this facility and we will do again.

Wooden Spoon has been located in UBC Fleet since March 2017 and are very pleased with the office facilities. During this time we have changed our requirements on many occasions and UBC Fleet have been very accommodating to meet our needs. They have been flexible in their support of us. Currently we are using two offices in the location with additional space as and when needed. This has proved very beneficial as we need this extra space at different times in the year. The team are great, very helpful and fun to work with. They support our charity in many ways.

GBS recently reviewed our office requirements, as part of our commitment to flexible working, and found a great space in the UBC site in Fleet. Our requirements were met and changes were agreed to ensure they could provide our specific business needs. Magda and her UBC team were flexible and accommodating. The move went smoothly and we were back up and running within the same day with minimal downtime. Thank you for your ongoing support and for providing great customer service.
