UBC Thursby House

We’ve had a really positive experience with UBC at Thursby House. The entire process from start to finish has been incredibly smooth and straightforward, which made getting set up completely stress-free. A big thank you to Lynsey, Poppy, and Sam — they’ve all been incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive whenever we’ve needed anything. It genuinely feels like nothing is too much trouble, and their support has made a huge difference. The facilities are always spotless, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining a clean, professional environment. It creates a great atmosphere to work in and leaves a strong impression on visitors. Overall, we’d highly recommend UBC to anyone looking for a flexible, well-run workspace with a fantastic team behind it.

Finding Thursby House has been such a positive and supportive step for our charity. I’m the founder of www.getcbt.co.uk and have so many positive things to say about UBC despite being there only a month! As a business centre, the first thing to say of that you can tell from the outset Sam values your business and cares about its success as much as you do. I found Sam really accommodating of my business premises’ needs and finding the right space for me. Lynsey and Poppy are absolutely amazing day to day. They are always there for a friendly conversation, for technical support or willing to help out with things that are likely out of their remit, just to be helpful. The wider support staff are also amazing. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job at keeping my office clean and tidy and even when I’m working late, discreetly makes sure I have what I need for the following day. I really appreciate everything she does (I apologise I haven’t caught her name yet!) But as a CBT therapy service, the number one thing for me and my clients is that you are made to feel at ease and relaxed when entering a new place with unfamiliar people but have had comments on how kind and welcoming both Poppy and Lynsey are. This is an aspect that I not only appreciate but is a real asset to the overall service I can provide to my clients, so I’m very thankful to Poppy and Lynsey for this. Such a positive experience. I hope to remain here for many years to come!

Wonderful site and premises, We have been here for nearly a year and liked it so much have actually moved into a larger office in the same building. Location is ideal for all local amenities with safe parking. The staff here are the best aspect always putting on little events to make everybody feel at home and nothing is too much trouble for them. Really appreciated and highly recommended.
