Listing & Content Policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

1. Introduction

Right Space provides a directory of flexible workspace, office accommodation and related business venues.

This policy explains how listings are created, maintained, updated and managed.

2. Sources of Listing Information

Listings may be created using information:

  • Submitted directly by venue operators.
  • Provided by authorised representatives.
  • Obtained from publicly accessible sources where lawful.
  • Supplied through listing claims or update requests.

Right Space aims to present useful, accurate and relevant information about each venue.

3. Unclaimed Listings

Some listings may appear before the relevant operator has registered with Right Space.

These are referred to as unclaimed listings.

An unclaimed listing does not imply an endorsement, partnership or commercial relationship between Right Space and the venue operator.

Operators can contact Right Space to request corrections, discuss claiming a listing or raise concerns about its publication.

4. Claiming a Listing

Operators wishing to manage an existing listing may be required to demonstrate their authority to represent the venue.

Verification may include business contact information, evidence of management responsibility or other reasonable checks.

Right Space reserves the right to reject a claim where ownership or authority cannot be established.

5. Listing Accuracy

Operators managing listings are responsible for keeping information accurate and up to date.

This includes:

  • Venue location and contact information.
  • Workspace and service categories.
  • Facilities and amenities.
  • Prices and advertised offers.
  • Availability representations.
  • Photographs and descriptions.
  • Relevant restrictions or conditions.

Users should verify material details directly with operators before committing to services.

6. Photographs, Logos and Copyright

Content submitted by operators must be owned by them or used with appropriate permission.

The fact that material is publicly accessible does not necessarily mean it can be copied or republished.

Right Space may remove or replace material where intellectual property rights are disputed or where permission cannot be established.

7. AI-Assisted Content

Right Space may use automated or AI-assisted tools to help create, format or improve listing descriptions.

AI-assisted content should be based on relevant information and should not deliberately invent facilities, services, prices, accreditations or other factual claims.

We encourage operators to notify us of inaccuracies.

Right Space may correct, update or remove content where appropriate.

8. Duplicate and Inappropriate Listings

Right Space may combine, reject or remove duplicate, irrelevant, misleading or otherwise unsuitable listings.

We may also amend categorisation or formatting to improve directory consistency and usability.

9. Featured and Paid Listings

Paid advertising may provide additional visibility or promotional placement.

Featured status does not represent an independent quality certification or guarantee of suitability.

Advertising arrangements do not remove an operator's obligation to provide accurate information.

10. Corrections and Removal Requests

Operators and rights holders may request corrections or raise objections to published content.

Requests should be submitted to admin@right-space.com with sufficient information to identify the listing and explain the concern.

Requests will be assessed under our Complaints & Takedown Policy.
