2. Our Services
Right Space provides an online directory featuring services including:

4. Listings and Operator Accounts
Venue operators may be able to submit, claim or manage listings on Right Space.
By submitting or managing a listing, an operator confirms that:
- Information supplied is accurate and not misleading.
- They are authorised to represent the venue.
- They have the necessary rights to use submitted text, images, logos and other materials.
- Advertised services comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- They will maintain accurate contact details, pricing and service information.
Right Space may request verification of an operator's authority to manage a listing.
We reserve the right to edit, suspend, reject or remove listings where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce our policies or comply with legal obligations.
5. Unclaimed Listings
Right Space may publish listings based on information lawfully obtained from publicly available sources.
An unclaimed listing does not imply that the venue operator has registered with, endorsed or entered into a commercial relationship with Right Space.
Operators may contact us to request corrections, claim eligible listings or raise concerns about published information.
Requests will be considered under our Listing & Content Policy and Complaints & Takedown Policy.
6. Paid Listings and Advertising
Right Space may offer paid listing subscriptions, featured placements and other promotional services.
The applicable price, subscription duration, payment terms and any renewal arrangements will be presented during the purchase process.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing advertising does not guarantee a particular number of views, enquiries, bookings, customers or commercial results.
Paid placement may influence where listings appear. Sponsored or featured placements will be identified where required by applicable law.
7. Payments, Renewals and Refunds
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
The specific terms governing subscription duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds will be those disclosed and agreed at checkout, together with any applicable mandatory legal rights.
Where a subscription renews automatically, the renewal frequency, charges and cancellation arrangements must be clearly communicated before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply to a customer.
8. Enquiries and Communications
When a user submits an enquiry, Right Space may forward the information supplied to the relevant venue operator or other intended recipient to facilitate a response.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a venue will respond, offer availability or accept a booking.
Operators are responsible for their own communications, quotations, agreements and services.
9. Intellectual Property
The Right Space name, website design, original written content, branding and other materials owned by Right Space Group Limited are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party names, logos, photographs and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Operators submitting materials grant Right Space a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format and distribute those materials for the purpose of operating and promoting their listings, for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable rights and law.
Users must not systematically copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit website content without authorisation, except where permitted by law.
10. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Submit false, fraudulent or misleading information.
- Impersonate another individual or business.
- Upload unlawful, infringing or abusive content.
- Use the website to distribute spam or malicious software.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website.

Nothing affects mandatory consumer rights.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to accounts or listings where reasonably justified by serious or repeated policy breaches, suspected fraud, security risks or legal requirements.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
